Nate and I have never really celebrated Valentine's Day as a couple, but we got into the spirit a bit this year for Luke (it really was just another excuse to let our little guy know how much we really love him!). Starting February 1st, I taped a paper heart on Luke's bedroom door each night after he went to bed, with one thing I love about him written on it (thanks again Pinterest!). It's amazing how much he looked forward to seeing his new heart and having it read to him every morning! I also took Luke out on a "date" for Valentine's Day. We spent some time at the library, then met up with some friends for a special lunch out. Luke also enjoyed a special Valentine's Day sucker from his Grandma and Grandpa.
