This year, we used the extra Cars tattoos from Luke's birthday party to decorate his Easter eggs. He had a Lightning McQueen pumpkin for Halloween, and a Cars birthday party, so we might as well have Cars Easter eggs too, right?
Luke opened up his Easter basket in the morning before church.
And, Mommy snuck in a few shots of him all dressed up before we left for church.
We spent the afternoon hunting eggs; the hard-boiled ones he decorated in the front yard, and some plastic colored ones in the backyard!
And, of course, he snuck in a little batting practice too! We're starting to think that baseball may be this guy's sport!
Finally, here is a short video of the Easter story, according to Luke, with the help of his resurrection eggs.
