We always know summer is coming to a close when these guys start to show up on our slider:
Here's some of our concluding summer events this year:
Lots of boys up in trees! Being able to climb trees was a new discovery this summer for Luke and he had a ball hanging out with his buddies up there! We really hate when good friends and neighbors move away, but we are glad when we get to see them again!
We had a great visit with the Butzins, and were so pleased to meet Grace and introduce them to Evelyn. We could have never imagined this picture of these FOUR together!
We also enjoyed pool time together as a family...
explored new things...
grew up too much...
spent summer evenings with friends...
...and reconnected after extended time away from one another, all doing things we love!
We also enjoyed our traditional "last hurrah" of summer at the State Fair, and of course got our traditional tractor tire pictures (this time with our Evie girl addition!)
We'll continue to enjoy the warmer weather for a few weeks yet, but with Luke back to school, and mama's work schedule picking back up, we have to bid goodbye to our lazy days, travels, and loads of fun until 2017!
