Cabin Fun!

We took Luke up to his Meme and Papa's cabin in Northern Michigan a couple of weeks ago. Nate and I have not been there since we have moved to Indiana, Nate wanted to hunt (he got a great deer by the way!), and we knew Luke would love playing outside and on all the vehicles (and did he ever!), so we made a special effort to carve it into our fall schedule this year, and we are really glad we did!

We had fabulous weather and Luke had plenty of opportunities to "drive" four wheelers, tractors, golf carts, and even sit on a bulldozer!


And, he was joined by some of his favorite company...it can't get much better than Meme, Papa, and Uncle Justin! His Great Aunt Marcia came along too as an extra bonus!


He went back and forth from vehicle to vehicle all day long (except when Mommy made him come in to take a nap or go to bed!)

He also got to eat outside by the campfire...


And, perhaps coming in second place on Luke's favorite part of the cabin (behind the "driving" of course!), was taking a bath in the purple bucket. There is no bath tub at the cabin, so this was our solution for bedtime baths, and Luke thought this was the greatest thing ever!!
