It's Pumpkin Time Again!

I don't feel like it was all too long ago when I last wrote about pumpkins (here and here). Pumpkins were a fascination for Luke last year, and this year he still thinks they're pretty fantastic. So, here we find ourselves, not even half way through the month of October, and we have already visited the Pumpkin Patch twice (once with Mommy, and once with Daddy), and participated in a Pumpkin Painting Day in one of our town park buildings. Check out these pics from our pumpkin fun!

The farm animals are always a hit! Although...there is one really spooky looking goat there this year without any horns and little to no ears. It looks sort of alien-like and kind of freaks me out. I won't let Luke touch this one!

Here he is crawling through the giant tractor tires. He did not need to be encouraged to go through this year!

And he could climb all the way to the top of the straw pile by himself! (Check out the gorgeous blue skies we had on this day!)
My little pumpkin boy!

He was also old enough this year to ride on the Pumpkin Train by himself...

...and soar high on the "Jumping Pillow".

The hayride out to the patch to pick a pumpkin.

Choosing a pumpkin with Mommy.

And then with Daddy.

Here is Luke super-focused on painting his pumpkin. Mommy enjoyed that there was zero prep, and better yet, no messy clean-up. This may become a yearly tradition!
