More Pumpkin Patch Fun!

Grandma and Grandpa were in town last week for a visit, and we had another couple gorgeous days (probably the last ones of the year!), so Luke showed them around "his" Pumpkin Patch.

We got a special, private hayride this time, since we were the first people in line.
But, we put in our dues and helped the tractor driver spread around some fresh hay.
So I guess that means he's a real farmer now (or at least he looks the part!)
Luke had a ball climbing on the bails of hay that were part of the hay maze (but who cares about the maze...walking on top is so much more fun!)

Luke picked out one more pumpkin to take home and carve from the patch (but the one pictured is not the one he ended up with, since he changed his mind about 5 times!)
And we checked out the ducks on the pond.

Along with this super neat scarecrow made out of buckets.

A final spin around the patch on the Pumpkin Train rounded out our morning.
Do you think he loves this place or what? Until next year good ole' Pumpkin Patch!
