In the Meantime...some "Lukeisms" to hold you over

Well...and some "bright" moments for me to focus on, among all the illness and challenging toddler behaviors that we have encountered this month!

Me: What color is your hair, Luke?
Luke: Orange
Me: What color is my hair?
Luke: It's brown, Mommy
Me: What color is Daddy's hair?
Luke: It's like grayish or something
(Poor Nate...)

Luke: Mommy, do you like Cars 1 or Cars 2 better?
Me: I like Cars 1
Luke: Why don't you like Cars 2?
Me: Because it's too much like "Mission Impossible" for kids, and hard to follow
Luke: Is it because you're a girl, Mommy?

Nate: Luke, do you remember the first word you learned how to say when you were a baby?
Luke: (thinks for about 30 seconds, then very loudly says...)
Wahhhh!

(Pretending to drink from a flashlight)
Luke: Here, Daddy, have a drink.
Nate: What am I drinking?
Luke: Wine
Nate: What kind of wine?
Luke: Sauvignon Blanc

And...just to see if it works to downsize photos, yet another reminder of my sweet boy, dancing with me at a wedding recently (which was a little blurry to begin with!).
