We headed downtown to Military Park last weekend, so that Luke would have a chance to meet some of his favorite friends that he watches on TV or the iPad. There was PBS Kids in the Park event happening, and when we heard about it, we knew we couldn't miss this! Despite the enormous crowd (because apparently every other parent with toddlers/preschoolers in the greater Indianapolis area decided this was not an event to miss either!), and the ridiculously long lines, Luke got to spend some time with two of his favorite guys (mostly thanks to Nate, who stood in a sunny spot in line for over 30 minutes...what a great dad!).

Pretty neat stuff! I'm not sure if Luke realizes how spoiled he is to have so many great opportunities living where he lives. There is never a lack of family-friendly things to do!
