Oops! I guess I have to go back even further than the 4th. Not sure how I missed these before, but I guess that's what happens when you're forced to look through and reorganize all your photo files! Glad I found these gems from the end of June, when Meme and Papa came to spend the weekend with us!

| Of course Luke had to spend some time "driving" Papa's mustang! |

| And enjoyed when Papa read him his Bible story before bedtime! |

| We also visited the Freedom Festival in town while they were here. Luke loved his first taste of kettle corn, while we watched the dogs catch flying frisbees! |

| Then we made some crafts in the children's tent. |

| But, honestly, Luke was more interested in playing on the playground than the crafts. |

| And, why not when you have your Papa to play with? |
 |
| Luke also got to make jam during the visit (thanks to Meme's guidance!), using up all of our frozen strawberries from our picking day earlier in the year. He was a big helper washing dishes... |

| Finally, Luke showed Papa his fishing pond. |
It was, as it always is when Luke's grandparents come to town, a fabulous weekend!
